Principal Role

To assemble products and operate Surface Mount equipment in accordance with our customer's procedures and quality standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertaking assembly tasks as directed by the Automated Assembly Controller or deputy.
  • Understanding and working to drawings and bills of material.
  • Identifying components, placing and hand soldering.
  • Operating AA equipment as per business requirements.
  • Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with the QMS and ISO 9001 or ISO13485 as appropriate.
  • Meeting production standards of quality and quantity.
  • Carry out all tasks in compliance with Company health and safety Procedures.
  • Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained in work area.
  • Undertaking any task outside your normal duties that may be reasonably requested.
  • SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

  • Flexible and willing team member.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings /documentation.
  • Duties may change from time to time at the discretion of the Management.
